Alternate Solutions Health Network’s Adena Hospice is seeking a PRN Hospice Chaplain. The role provides direct spiritual care to patients, families, and caregivers within a hospice setting as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Experience with death, a theological degree, and knowledge of hospice philosophy are preferred. A valid driver’s license is required, and benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage and 401k options.

Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, MDiv or equivalent theological degree) preferred.
Experience working with death and dying, individuals/family/caregiver.
Knowledge of and commitment to hospice philosophy of care.

As a Chaplain, you will be responsible for the provision of spiritual care services to patients and families/caregivers of hospice, either directly or through coordination of care with other spiritual counselors. You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team that focuses on providing compassionate quality care to our patients.
