Moments Hospice in Madison, WI seeks a Chaplain to provide spiritual support to patients and families facing end-of-life journeys. You will conduct spiritual assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with nurses, social workers, and clergy to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in divinity (MDiv) or equivalent theological degree (required)
• Experience working with death, dying individuals, and their families
• Comfort in interfaith settings and ability to accept diverse beliefs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of hospice philosophy and experience preferred (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Valid Auto Insurance (required)
