Job summary

Lake Valley Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and emotional support to patients and families under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This PRN role offers flexible shifts during business hours in the Twin Cities area, with pay ranging from $21 to $25.50 per hour and a focus on delivering dignified, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with completed training.
• Minimum of two years of experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and homemaking.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

Position Details
