Position Details

Responsibilities

• Report to the Administrator or Patient Care Manager and work under RN supervision
• Assist with personal hygiene, environment safety, and light meals
• Support patient mobility and safety with mobility aids
• Perform light housekeeping and certain treatments as ordered
• Encourage mental alertness and provide emotional support
• Report changes to the care team and document visits accurately
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• Compassionate, flexible, and empathetic
• CNA license and six months of relevant care experience preferred
• Current driver’s license, automobile insurance, and CPR certification
• Experience in hospice, home health, ICU, or related fields is a plus
