Responsibilities:

• Report to the Administrator or Nurse, assist with hygiene, environment, meals, mobility, light housekeeping, treatments, emotional support, and documentation.
• Support patient's mental and physical well-being and report changes to the team.
• Practice infection control and participate in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• CNA license, compassionate, flexible, and experienced in hospice or related fields preferred.
• Current driver's license, insurance, and CPR certification.
