Advantage Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated hospice care team in the Pittsburgh area. This PRN role focuses on delivering compassionate care to patients in homes or facilities, supporting ADLs, pain and symptom management, and providing emotional support to patients and families.

Ideal candidates hold a valid CNA certification, a valid driver's license, and demonstrate excellent communication and empathy.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Valid Driver's license and auto Insurance.
• Empathy and compassion for patients and families.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort to those in need.
• Collaborate effectively with hospice care team.
• Understanding end-of-life care principles; hospice experience is a plus.
