Position details:

• Hourly Wage: $20-25/hour, depending on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: $1000 & eligible for a Lifespark car
• Location: Northeast Metro (various cities)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (no weekends/evenings/on-call)

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, and linen changes
• Provide positive communication and ethical care to patients and families
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment
• Assist with dressing, feeding, medication reminders, mobility, and other personal care tasks
• Monitor and report patient condition and changes
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Participate in quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the State Registry
• Minimum 3 years of CNA experience, hospice preferred
• At least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and terminal care
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with calmness
• Pass MVR check
