Job summary

Advantage Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team serving Monroeville, McKeesport, White Oak and surrounding areas. This full-time role focuses on compassionate in-home care, comfort, and support for patients and families.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality end-of-life care, document care accurately, and advocate for patient needs.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification required.
• Valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance.
• Deep empathy and compassion for patients and families.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort.
• Collaboration with hospice care team.
• Understanding of end-of-life care principles (hospice experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and compassionate care to patients in their homes or facilities.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, pain management, and symptom control.
