Advantage Home Health and Hospice in the Monroeville area is seeking a dedicated Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. This full-time role focuses on compassionate in-home patient care across Monroeville, McKeesport, White Oak, and surrounding areas.

You will assist with activities of daily living, pain and symptom control, and provide emotional support while coordinating with the hospice team. A CNA certification and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion for patients and families.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort in home settings.
• Team collaboration with hospice professionals.
• Experience with end-of-life care is a plus.

About You

• Collaboration skills to work effectively with the hospice care team.
• Understanding of end-of-life care principles (experience in hospice is a plus).
