We are seeking a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of hospice care professionals and make a difference by listening, caring, and serving.

Position Summary

The primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their residences, assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patients and families, and share observations and issues with the supervisor. Works under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Successfully completed nurse aide training/competency evaluation program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry, or a state licensure program meeting requirements
• Must hold a valid CNA license
• Must have a current driver’s license
• At least one year of experience as a hospice aide or nursing assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility is preferred
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance
