Job summary

Silverado Hospice is hiring a Hospice Liaison to build relationships with referral sources and promote our compassionate end-of-life care across Moreno Valley, Perris, Menifee, Murrieta, and Temecula. This role blends sales with a mission-driven approach to connect patients with dignified care.

You will educate healthcare professionals and families about hospice services, travel within the assigned territory, and strive to meet sales quotas while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience in healthcare (Hospice, Home Health, or Senior Living) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must travel within territory.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources on behalf of Silverado Hospice
• Meet sales quotas and conversion ratio requirements
• Generate qualified referrals that contribute to census development
• Promote Silverado’s programs and services to medical professionals, civic organizations, and the community through regular visits
• Introduce and sell hospice services to industry professionals, families, and individuals reflecting Silverado’s quality of care
• Manage sales territory and maintain a contact database
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
