Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an Experienced Hospice Care Consultant - Physician Liaison to educate referral sources and build lasting relationships with physician practices and nursing teams. You will drive early, appropriate hospice referrals while acting as a brand ambassador for compassionate patient care.

Reporting to the AVP of Business Development, you will educate providers, coordinate with clinical and operations teams, and promote hospice services at events and visits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in physician referral development, healthcare marketing, or sales.
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with physicians and nurse practitioners.
  • Knowledge of hospice, community resources, and patient-centered care practices.
  • Strong consultative marketing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills within healthcare communities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Execute consultative selling strategies to develop relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and referral plans to meet admissions, census, revenue, and growth goals.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support hospice programs and ensure quality patient care.
  • Represent the company at community events, physician offices, and professional meetings to promote hospice services.
  • Educate healthcare providers, patients, and families about hospice benefits, outcomes, and care services through presentations and meetings.
  • Track referrals, admissions, and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with physician and public education programs to increase community outreach.

Join our Client's growing team as a Hospice Care Consultant Physician Liaison - A Business Development representative who champions our mission while developing strong, lasting relationships with key referral partners in the healthcare community.

We are seeking an Experienced Hospice Care Consultant - Physician Liaison to join our team. Reporting directly to the AVP of Business Development, you will focus on building strong relationships with physician practices, nurse practitioners, and their support teams to drive early and appropriate hospice referrals. You will serve as a brand ambassador, educating referral sources on hospice services while ensuring patients and families receive compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
