Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant in the Marietta, GA area. You will develop and manage relationships with physicians, hospitals and community partners to extend care delivery and referral networks.

The role emphasizes marketing knowledge, strategic planning and strong communication; travel within the service area is required and the team culture values collaboration and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and build referral source relationships.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation and valid license/insurance.

Candidates will need to feel confident in their ability to be a self-starter, as well as work with an interdisciplinary team of highly skilled hospice members. Essential job functions & responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets

Qualifications
