Job summary

Moments Hospice is seeking a proactive Hospice Representative to educate providers and the public about hospice services. You will lead outreach across your territory, organize activities, and prepare compelling presentations for referral sources, driving growth and awareness.

You will collaborate with clinicians to develop educational programs, assess ROI, and negotiate contracts with facilities and payors while advancing your professional skills through training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year outside B2B sales experience, healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Moments Hospice in a positive way by providing accurate information about hospice services to healthcare providers and the general public.
• Be a market leader by staying informed on trends, competitors, and crafting impactful outreach programs for your territory.
• Organize assigned territory and prepare presentations for potential referral sources.
• Assess ROI in business and marketing efforts.
• Lead contract negotiations with facilities, insurance companies, and managed care providers.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop educational programs, address referral source concerns, and participate in strategic planning.
• Advance your skills through structured training, contribute to a growing and collaborative team, and make a lasting impact.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 base plus uncapped commission - representatives meeting their goals can make $25,000+/year!
