Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to extend marketing efforts across the service area. You will interact with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to ensure ongoing care delivery and strong referral networks.

The role requires a self-starter attitude, independent work style, and the ability to build relationships while maintaining industry standards. Join a growing team focused on quality, service, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities without supervision.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources and partners.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation, valid license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing.
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets.
• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
