Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to support patients in their homes across Winona and Houston counties. You will work under an RN to deliver compassionate, one-on-one care focused on comfort and quality of life.

Responsibilities include personal care, vital signs, meal assistance, and accurate documentation. This full-time role offers benefits and a supportive team devoted to dignified end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and auto insurance.
• Experience providing at-home personal care and daily living assistance.
• Ability to record vital signs and communicate observations to the care team.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin and nail care, oral hygiene, grooming.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Promote comfort, dignity, and safety during home visits.
• Travel to patient homes and follow care plans under RN supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

We are looking for a Hospice Aide to serve our patients in the Winona/Houston counties areas.As a Hospice Aide (CNA), you’ll play a key role on our interdisciplinary care team, providing compassionate, hands-on support to patients in their homes.
