Job Overview

Assist with activities of daily living, provide compassionate care, and support the well-being of our senior clients.

Qualifications
  • Valid CNA and/or MA-40 certification
  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred
Responsibilities
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring, and continence
  • Support admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Follow care plans and document appropriately
  • Perform emergency procedures such as CPR when trained
  • Prepare meals and process laundry (if in a Residential Style Living Community)
  • Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision (if utilizing MA-40)
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and safeguard PHI
