Beyond Hospice, part of Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, seeks a compassionate Hospice Home Health Aide (HHA) to support patients in hospice home and community settings in Oakdale, MN. The role is full-time with daytime hours and pay of $19.38–$25.86 per hour, DOE.

• Meets Minnesota Nursing Assistant training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Help with meals and nutrition.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the RN Case Manager.
• Document care accurately and timely.
