Compassus in Texas is hiring a Hospice Aide to provide comfort care to patients at home, helping them meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will work as part of a compassionate hospice team to support patients and families while maintaining safety and dignity.

Formación

• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• In states where licensure is not required, applicants must meet one of the following: licensed/certified aide or completed nurse aide training with 24 months of continuous employment.
• Current CPR certification required.

Hospice Aide Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
• In states where licensure is not required (AL, CT, GA, IA, IL, KS, LA, MA, ME, MI, MS, MT, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV), applicants must meet one of the following:
• They are already a licensed/certified aide;
• They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months.
• Current CPR certification required.
