Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our in-home care team in the Dallas area. The CNA will provide hands-on personal care under a registered nurse and support daily activities, including bathing, dressing and mobility assistance.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, driving between patient homes, and adherence to individualized care plans with attention to patient safety and privacy. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current State certificate as a Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Aide certification.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
