Job summary

Elara Caring seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our hospice afterhours team in Tulsa and Stillwater, OK. This PRN/part-time role involves executing the Plan of Care, conducting evaluations, coordinating with the care team, and educating patients and families about hospice care.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with at least 1 year of clinical experience, able to travel between patient homes, lift up to 50 pounds, and engage with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities
