Ethos is seeking a skilled Hospice Admissions RN in Missouri to coordinate new patient admissions, perform comprehensive assessments, educate patients and families, and partner with the interdisciplinary care team for a smooth transition into hospice services.

The role requires two years of RN experience in a clinical setting, one year of full-time hospice experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license to support admissions across locations. Health benefits included.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of new patient admissions
• Collaborate with patient care teams to support seamless communication and continuity of care
• Educate patients and families regarding condition, needs, and care
• Perform head-to-toe physical assessments
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain current RN license and license status
