Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN clinical experience; 1+ year of hospice experience required.
• ER, OR, or Critical Care experience preferred; Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive hospice admissions and nursing assessments.
• Develop and document individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
