Compassus is seeking a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse in Cedar Falls, IA to assess patients for hospice eligibility, explain hospice care services, and coordinate the initial plan of care with the Inter-Disciplinary Team.

You will enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones, address initial patient needs, and collaborate with care teams in a compassionate, family‑focused environment that values work-life balance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Current driver’s license.

• Enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and activities they enjoy.
• Assess patients for hospice eligibility and explain hospice care services to patients, families/caregivers.
• Ensure all patient’s initial needs are addressed.
• Collaborate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team members regarding initial plan of care, patient’s condition, and other essential information.
