Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Admissions Nurse (RN) to join our team providing compassionate care in patients' homes or care facilities. You will evaluate and admit patients in collaboration with the care team, document assessments, and ensure smooth transitions into hospice services.

Qualifications
