Job summary

Circle of Life is seeking an Admission/Liaison Nurse to join the Interdisciplinary Team and support hospice admissions in NE Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas. You will coordinate the admission process, communicate hospice concepts to families, and develop initial plans of care.

Travel daily, flexible scheduling, and the ability to train patient caregivers are essential. A current AR RN license and BLS are required, along with strong assessment, documentation, and crisis management skills to meet

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AR RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Strong assessment skills with critical thinking.
• Excellent documentation and communication.
• Hospice/home health/acute care with charting experience.
• Ability to travel daily and manage own schedule.
• Driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission process into Hospice care.
