Job summary

Tender Care Home Health & Hospice in El Paso, Texas seeks an HUC/NA Administrative role to provide essential clerical and receptionist support within our patient‑focused team.

You’ll handle medical record maintenance, order processing, typing, and materials management on the nursing unit, while assisting visitors and healthcare staff in a professional, courteous manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a Home Health/Hospice setting or hospital preferred.
• Experience in an office environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general clerical and receptionist duties.
• Medical record maintenance.
• Order processing.
• Typing, and/or word processing.
• Materials management functions on the nursing unit.
• Assists visitors, nursing staff, and members of the health care team.
• Assists in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
• Performs Nursing Assistant duties under the direction of the RN/LVN or Nursing Management Associate.
