Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Hospice Account Executive to generate admissions and expand patient census within a designated territory. This outside sales role focuses on selling, growing, and marketing clinical programs and outcomes to position Elara Caring as a leading provider of in‑home care in local communities.

You will work with a broad range of medical professionals to connect high‑quality in‑home care with eligible patients and families, driving growth while upholding our mission of Right

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post‑acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with demonstrable results.
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of referral source decisions and who the decision makers are.
• You will need a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance under the laws of the state.

Hospice Account Executive

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred
• Post‑acute or DME sales experience preferred
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams
• Proven sales acumen with demonstrable results
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of how the referral source decides and who the decision makers are
• Skilled in problem solving, providing solutions to meet patient and business needs
• Demonstrates a high confidence level to interact with health care professionals at all levels
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives
• Demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others
