Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a passionate On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team, serving homes across Roswell, Alpharetta, Woodstock, Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, and Canton.

This on-call role supports compassionate patient and family care and requires strong clinical skills. You will administer nursing care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure seamless care coordination while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN and valid driver’s license.
• Two years’ RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computer usage; MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to patient and family.
• Demonstrate nursing practice skills and cope with family emotional stress.
