Green by Nature is Australia’s largest and award-winning landscape services business, caring for prestigious green spaces across Australia and New Zealand. We’re seeking an energetic gardening professional to lead a team, supervise apprentices, and deliver high-quality outdoor spaces.

You will oversee tool and equipment maintenance, manage progress with your manager, and promote safety and best practices on site.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic gardening professional with hands-on leadership experience.
• Drivers licence is essential.
• WWVP, Police Check & White Card or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritise workload and supervise junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members and apprentices.

• Ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Operate and support maintenance of tools, machinery and equipment.

What you’ll bring:

You will be an enthusiastic and reliable gardening professional with high attention to detail. You enjoy being hands on with your team and passing on your knowledge and experience to others.

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens or strong depth of experience
• Proven ability to effectively prioritise work and supervise junior team members
• Sound practical experience with a variety of tools and equipment such as mowers, hedgers, whipper snippers, blowers, hand tools and petrol operated equipment
• Current driver's licence is essential
• WWVP; Police Check & White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
