Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in San Antonio is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to help maintain park grounds and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, container maintenance, operating park vehicles, and keeping records, all while following safety rules.

Must be 18+, have basic plant knowledge, a valid driver’s license, strong English communication, and able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic plant or landscape knowledge.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a park driver’s license preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic operational knowledge of both power and hand tools
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions
• Scheduling flexibility—able to work all shifts Mon-Fri between 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to complete all legal, company and department training requirements

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, planting, pruning, and container maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and quality of work area
• Maintain accurate records of activities performed
• Work through any weather condition, except lightning
• Practice safe work habits, including the use of PPE
• Provide excellent service to guests and Ambassadors
• Operate park vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned
