Job summary

Rocket Farms is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing organization through coordination of sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role you will coordinate product launches, develop customer-facing materials, support customer meetings, and manage trade shows and events while delivering timely reporting and analytics to Sales Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, marketing coordination, account support, business operations, or related role.
• Experience supporting sales and marketing teams through customer presentations, promotional initiatives, trade shows, reporting, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seasonal product launches, promotional campaigns, customer programs, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain customer presentations, proposals, sales materials, promotional collateral, catalogs, website content, and other customer-facing resources.
• Support customer meetings, sales initiatives, lead follow-up, and new business opportunities by coordinating materials, information, and follow-through.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely coordination and execution of programs.
• Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows, customer visits, conferences, industry events, and sales meetings, including logistics and follow-up.
• Conduct market research and monitor customer demand, competitive activity, and sales performance to support initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, presentations, and other analyses for Sales Leadership.
