Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation seeks a Manager, Horticulture to oversee the resort’s exterior grounds, landscaping, seasonal decor and floral displays in a hospitality setting. You will lead sustainable landscape plans, ensure guest‑facing aesthetics, and guide maintenance operations with a focus on safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Facilities management, Environmental Science, hospitality or a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of progress experience in horticulture, exterior maintenance, seasonal decor, groundskeeping, floral or a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Minimum three years’ supervisory experience required.
• Related experience may be considered in lieu of minimum education.

Responsabilités

• Lead landscape maintenance, seasonal decor and floral installations while ensuring safety and aesthetics.
• Manage budgets for landscape projects and procurement; track expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, and brand standards across exterior work.
• Coordinate with leadership and vendors on events and seasonal displays; monitor trends.
