R.P. Marzilli & Company is an award-winning professional landscape firm that builds and maintains ultra high-end residential landscapes in the Greater Boston, Cape and Islands, and Rhode Island/Eastern Connecticut areas.

Our teams are passionate about their work and dedicated to the landscape profession.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Horticulture Crew Leader to join our team for projects in the greater Boston area, southeast Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and Rhode Island.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of up to four crew members.
2. Assist with the installation and care of woody, perennial, and annual plant material.
3. Handle pruning of shrubs and small trees, and container planting and maintenance.
4. Apply strong knowledge of horticultural best practices.

The Horticulture Crew Leader will have a minimum of two years of fine gardening experience; MCH or MCLP certification is a huge plus.
