Job summary

Jonaco Machine in Chaska, MN is seeking experienced Horizontal Milling Machinists Level 3 to set up and run complex aerospace parts on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills. Expect GD&T-driven quality, strict tolerances, and a hands-on role in toolpath optimization and inspections.

You will work onsite on 2nd or 3rd shifts with premium pay and a strong benefits package, including growth opportunities, and competitive compensation to reflect your experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of horizontal milling experience in precision manufacturing (aerospace strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to independently set up and run complex jobs.
• Strong CNC editing skills (G-code/CAM).
• Deep understanding of GD&T and tight tolerances.
• Confidence working with difficult aerospace materials.
• A mindset focused on speed, accuracy, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC horizontal mills (3-, 4-, & 5-axis).
• Edit G-code and optimize toolpaths for efficiency.
• Machine tight-tolerance aerospace components (aluminum, titanium, Inconel).
• Read and apply complex blueprints and GD&T with confidence.
