Jonaco Machine in Chaska, MN is seeking an experienced Horizontal Milling Machinist Level 3 for aerospace work. You will set up and run 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills, edit G-code, read GD&T blueprints, and own part quality with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of horizontal milling experience in precision manufacturing (aerospace strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to independently set up and run complex jobs.
• Strong CNC editing skills (G-code/CAM).
• Deep understanding of GD&T and tight tolerances.
• Confidence working with difficult aerospace materials.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (DAY ONE IMPACT):

• Set up and run CNC horizontal mills (3-, 4-, & 5-axis)

• Read and apply complex blueprints and GD&T with confidence
• Own your setups, tool-life decisions, and part quality
• Inspect your own work using precision measurement tools
• Troubleshoot and fix problems fast and accurately
• Keep machines running efficiently and production on track
