Job summary

HireCall is seeking an experienced CNC Horizontal Mill Operator for a night-shift opportunity in Oklahoma. The role requires operating CNC horizontal machining centers, reading blueprints, and inspecting parts with precision tools. You will maintain offsets, change inserts, and monitor quality with minimal supervision.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, on-site with overtime opportunities. Pay ranges from $23–$27 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC horizontal mill experience required.
• Ability to make offsets without direct supervision.
• Ability to inspect your own parts and maintain quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Experience with CNC setup and probing is a plus.
• Ability to edit simple CNC programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC horizontal machining centers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other standard measuring tools.
• Make tool wear and work offsets as needed.
• Change inserts and perform basic tooling changes.
• Monitor tool condition, part quality, and machine performance.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
