Job Summary: Maintaining, repairing, and building equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Advanced schooling in hydraulics, programmable logic, pneumatics, HVAC, plumbing, electrical repair, and electronic repair and troubleshooting
- Journeyman certificate in maintenance
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience

- Ability to read blueprints and fabricate from them

Responsibilities:
- Machine repair
- Troubleshooting complex electrical and electronic systems
- Ensure compliance with Federal/State/Local safety and environmental regulations
- Seek ways to reduce waste, manufacturing byproducts, and hazardous raw materials
- Deal with problems involving many variables in different situations
- Perform complex mathematical calculations using algebra and trigonometry
- Read and follow written and oral instructions
- Demonstrate competency at Level 2, including intermediate understanding of processes and functions as determined by leadership
Working Conditions:
- Working near moving mechanical parts
- Noisy environment
- Electrical environment
- Working on plant floor (PPE required)
Effort/Physical Demands:
- Lifting up to 30 pounds frequently, up to 40 pounds regularly, and up to 80 pounds occasionally
- Standing for long periods
- Using hands to manipulate objects and tools repeatedly
- Constant communication with employees, peers, and management
- Overtime as required
