Technician to perform monthly and quarterly hood and exhaust system cleaning for restaurants and commercial kitchens, ensuring NFPA 96 compliance and high safety standards. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and capable of working independently in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in commercial hood cleaning or related fields preferred.
• Comfort with mobile applications and digital reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled hood and exhaust cleaning monthly and quarterly.
• Ensure NFPA 96 compliance and safety adherence.
• Inspect exhaust systems and document deficiencies.
• Troubleshoot field issues and implement solutions.
• Install and remove equipment at customer sites.
• Complete work orders and digital documentation using apps.
