This 12-month, benefits-eligible role combines academic advising, teaching honors courses, and leading enrichment programs to support student success within a dynamic campus community.

You will mentor high-achieving students, collaborate with faculty, and coordinate events that enhance the honors experience.

Qualifications

• Masters degree by Jan 1, 2027 or later
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Advise Honors College students on academic, personal, and professional success strategies.
• Teach Honors courses that support student learning and development.
• Develop and support co-curricular programming that enhances the Honors student experience.
• Contribute to student success initiatives and programs within the Honors College.
• Supervise and provide guidance to student staff supporting Honors College programs and services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to advance student engagement, retention, and success initiatives.
