Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the field or a terminal degree.
• Experience teaching college-level courses, FTIC freshmen or transfer students preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to seven semester credit hours (up to two courses) on-campus.
• Develop syllabi and ensure alignment with college standards.
• Plan lectures, discussions, and assignments.
• Assess grades based on participation, performance, and exams.
• Mentor students and provide support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
