Job summary

United Laundry Services, LLC is seeking a dependable Van Driver (Non-CDL) in Honolulu to safely transport linen between facilities and customer sites, delivering excellent customer service and adhering to safety policies.

Starting wage is no less than $19.00 per hour, with a $1.50/hour differential for night shifts and weekends, plus potential bonuses and benefits as described in the job posting. CDL is not required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid drivers license for the assigned non-commercial vehicle.
• CDL is not required for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driving record must meet company requirements.
• Ability to safely operate a Company van or other non-CDL vehicle.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to work independently on assigned routes and deliveries.
• Ability to comply with customer-specific delivery and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a van or other non-CDL vehicle to deliver clean linen and pick up soiled linen from designated customer locations.
• Load and unload items, verify loads against tickets, route information, and documentation.
• Deliver and pickup within required routes and schedules with professional customer interaction.
• Document trips, delivery records, route documentation, and other paperwork accurately.
• Report vehicle issues, delays, accidents, or safety concerns to supervision.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and general condition; follow safety and company policies.
