Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cyber Analyst to support DoD and Army IT programs from an on-site location in Honolulu, HI. The role focuses on cybersecurity oversight, RMF support, and program-level security guidance to protect critical Army and DoD systems.

Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI clearance, 7+ years of DoD cyber policy experience, and at least 5 years in RMF program management. The compensation range is $120,000–$130,000 with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years integrating DoD and Army cybersecurity policies into IT projects.
• 5+ years managing cybersecurity programs and RMF processes.
• Experience with Army tactical communications systems and Mission Partner Environment (MPE).
• Active TS/SCI clearance required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cybersecurity efforts across DoD and Army IT programs.
• Manage program-level cybersecurity requirements and security activities for systems and networks.
• Execute and support RMF processes to maintain compliance and authorization requirements.
• Advise senior leadership on cybersecurity strategies, risks, and emerging concepts.
