Qualifications

• Active Hawaii State Bar in good standing.
• 3 to 7 years’ experience drafting civil pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses.
• Construction defect and class action experience is a plus.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience working closely with expert witnesses.
• Ability to undertake responsibility for files with partner oversight.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction defect and related civil matters.
• Collaborate with Partners to recover multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for clients.
• Manage individual case assignments with organization and prioritization.
• Work closely with expert witnesses and trial teams.
