Job summary

Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLLC in Honolulu seeks an Associate Attorney eager to join an innovative construction defect practice. The ideal candidate will be a member in good standing of the Hawaii State Bar with 3–7 years’ experience drafting civil pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.

Strong legal research and writing skills, experience working with expert witnesses, and the ability to handle files with partner oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Construction defect and class action experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
