Job summary

FINN Partners’ Honolulu office seeks an Associate Vice President to lead high-impact primary research programs and expand client relationships. You’ll guide qualitative and quantitative methods, oversee project execution from inception to presentation, and leverage AI to enhance insights.

You will partner with clients, manage teams, and drive strategic business outcomes while delivering polished, client-ready reports and presentations. Hawaii-focused market knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Five (5) – Seven (7) years’ professional experience in market research, marketing analytics, or research project management.
• At least 3 years of leadership, project management, or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of question design, data cleaning, and Generative AI applications in market research.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and present complex findings clearly.
• Experience with advanced statistical/analytical techniques in quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute qualitative and quantitative market research projects from proposal to final presentation.
• Identify new business opportunities, design research proposals, scope-of-work, and client budgets.
• Create client-ready reports and dashboards using PowerPoint, Canva, Displayr, or Tableau.
• Explore Generative AI models and prompt engineering to streamline analysis.
• Serve as primary research contact for corporate, non-profit, and government accounts.
• Translate findings into actionable insights aligned with client objectives.
