J.P. Morgan is seeking an associate for the Hong Kong IPO Team within Global Investment Banking. You will work with senior bankers on IPO execution and capital raising, gaining training, mentoring, and development opportunities while contributing to the firm’s franchise in the marketplace.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Law or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in an investment banking front office, or related role.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills; Mandarin required; Cantonese a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg and FactSet.

Aufgaben

• Advising clients on the IPO process, including regulatory requirements, market conditions, and strategic considerations.
• Conducting thorough due diligence on the company seeking to go public, including financial analysis, business model evaluation, and risk assessment.
• Preparing and reviewing necessary documentation for the IPO and other corporate finance transactions, such as the prospectus, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
• Assisting in the valuation of the company and determining the appropriate pricing for the IPO.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing the execution of the IPO, including coordinating with various stakeholders such as legal advisors, auditors, and underwriters.
