Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our Equity Capital Markets team. You will participate in the full cycle of transactions, from preparing marketing materials to client presentations and day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of ECM, IB, PE, or related financial advisory experience.
• Strong accounting/finance/throughput and business writing; proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute public capital raising transactions for issuer clients, including IPOs and follow‑on offerings.
• Assist senior bankers in preparation for client engagement, pitches and RFPs.
• Liaise with internal teams including industry coverage, sales & trading, syndicate, equity research and legal.
• Prepare thought pieces related to ECM and subsectors.
• Drive analysis for issuer clients, including precedent transactions and shareholder targeting.
• Draft presentation materials and internal memorandums before launching transactions.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment, supporting training and mentoring of junior professionals.
