Job summary

GloryBee in Eugene, OR is hiring an entry‑level Pump and Load Specialist to support our production team with honey, oils and liquid sweeteners. You will assist with staging, pumping and loading loads, following SOPs and SSOPs while maintaining safety and quality.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with possible overtime. We value dependability, teamwork and a proactive attitude and offer a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or the equivalent.
• 1 year of production experience.
• Material handling experience a plus.
• Ability to safely operate various pieces of equipment and hand tools.
• Basic math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Stage honey loads for appropriate heat rooms.
• Load honey into the heat rooms.
• Pump honey from the heat rooms into holding tanks.
• Follows all SOPs and safety procedures.
• Operates production equipment as needed safely and efficiently.
• Follows GloryBee SSOP requirements.
• Accurately completes required paperwork for work orders.
• Follows sustainable practices outlined by department leadership.
• Recycles and composts correctly in the appropriate containers.
• Communicates innovative ideas that increase efficiency or reduce environmental impact.
