We are a rapidly growing company dedicated to helping homeowners eliminate home maintenance stress by connecting them with skilled handymen like you.

What We Offer

• Full-time employment: Steady 40-hour workweeks, no client hunting required.
• Competitive pay: Starting at $34-36/hr (approximately $70,000 - $75,000 annually), plus equity.
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.
• Paid time off: 12 holidays and 13 PTO/sick days annually.

Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and smart home device installation.
• Manage approximately 40 homes within a designated area, providing maintenance and repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trusting relationships with homeowners.
• Utilize our app for job tracking and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in handyman or broad skilled trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and smart home installations. Licensed general contractors, electricians, and plumbers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Customer-friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and set of tools.
